Project Overview

This project is an annual 1.5 million ton phosphate ore beneficiation line, designed using DTⅡ type belt conveyors. The complete conveying system consists of 41 DTⅡ belt conveyors, forming a high-efficiency bulk material handling network spanning 1.6 km.

The system is engineered to handle phosphate ore with variable speeds from 1.25 to 1.6 m/s, supporting maximum inclines up to 17°, average throughput of 400 t/h, and peak capacity exceeding 1,000 t/h.
