Overview

The TH Series Chain Bucket Elevator is engineered for vertical lifting of bulk materials with high abrasiveness, large particle size, or elevated temperatures. Featuring heavy-duty plate chains and reinforced buckets, it ensures reliable operation in cement, mining, metallurgy, and chemical industries.

This type of elevator adopts a ring chain structure, operating in mixed or gravity discharge mode with a digging design. It is suitable for materials with a bulk density below 1.5 t/m³, including:

The TH Series supports vertical transportation of bulk materials with conveying material temperatures up to 250°C.

1. For TH160, TH200, and TH250, the bucket volume is based on full water capacity, and throughput assumes 100% fill.

2. For TH315 and above, the bucket volume is theoretical, and throughput is calculated based on a 60% fill rate.
